As a self taught artist, I believe that living a creative life is necessary for the whole self to be healthy. Art matters because people need inspiration to live in a way that enhances and supports the light and beauty of the world. I believe it is a human’s intrinsic nature and innate function to create. Through my expression of art and design, I hope to impact and connect the beauty woven through time and mystery.
As a student of psychology, I am here to help and support the healing of our cultural conditioning and traumas - in body, mind, heart, spirit, and soul - Through acknowledgement, grief, forgiveness, gratitude, and love, people can rise up and live into their distinct gifts and purposeful roles of being. Remembering what we are made of and what we are connected to helps us understand our relationship to the greater web of life and our impact on the earth.
One of my purposes for being is to instigate hope. The world needs hope. My work is helping people integrate the duality consciousness that we live in, so we can come to know all of the sadness and joy and everything in between - This is the middle way. The way of integration. The way of heart. The way to connect to our soul’s instruction.
